Project Outline
This national
financial investment firm was relocating their office from Seattle
to Bellevue. The project team was tasked with delivering a well
thought out design that stayed within the allotted budget. The
project was completed on time and within budget.
Scope
Acting as the
owner’s representative, GVA Kidder Mathews managed the construction
process, cost management efforts, weekly client/design team meetings
and liaison responsibilities with the landlord.
