Project Outline
This tenant improvement was completed to accommodate a software game
company in a 26,113 square foot space in a two-story office building
in Redmond, WA. This project required a very budget-sensitive design
effort within a tight completion schedule.
Scope
GVA Kidder Mathews
reviewed and commented on lease documents, performed a request for
proposal (RFP) for construction services, cabling and furniture,
managed the day-to-day construction process, cost management
efforts, weekly client/design team meetings and all liaison
responsibilities with the landlord.
