Project Outline
The
project focus was relocating the Seattle office of this national
investment bank into a 7,100 square foot space in a recently
renovated historic building. The space was chosen because it
provided a calm atmosphere for the company to conduct its high
stress business.
Scope
GVA Kidder Mathews
provided full project management services during this fast-paced
project that included selection of the vendors and contractors.
