Project Outline
TMT Development is the owner of commercial
and office space throughout the Northwest. TMT owns two Class A
high-rise office buildings in the Central Business District of
Portland. Both have current and upcoming vacancy. In an improving
office market, the company’s properties were underperforming. Mark and
Brandon were engaged to help reposition the properties and to represent
the Company to the business and brokerage communities.

How We Added Value
By aggressively pursuing new tenancy and working with
existing tenants, Mark and Brandon have moved the buildings from
underperforming to outperforming the market. By understanding the
dynamics of the market and the market’s perception of TMT, Kidder
Mathews has strengthened the company’s position in an improving market.
