TMT Development is the owner of commercial and office space throughout the Northwest.  TMT owns two Class A high-rise office buildings in the Central Business District of Portland.  Both have current and upcoming vacancy.  In an improving office market, the company’s properties were underperforming.  Mark and Brandon were engaged to help reposition the properties and to represent the Company to the business and brokerage communities.
