As part of GVA Kidder
Mathews ongoing work for the Harris and their client the Desimone Family
Trusts, Blair Howe was retained by to provide real estate consulting
services. The assignment involved the assessment of the redevelopment
potential for an eighty acre industrial property located in South
Seattle.
In anticipation of
upcoming lease expirations, the properties owners want to understand the
physical characteristics, regulatory constraints, likely development
scenarios, and resulting values.
