Project Outline
The owner of a hotel
management and investment company was refinancing four of the properties
in his portfolio. Each of the four hotels is located in a mid-size
community in central or eastern Oregon, and each has a prominent highway
location. John D. Gordon, MAI, provided the lender with a complete
self-contained report for each property.

Established estimates
of current market value for financing purposes.
Result
Each of the four
hotels was adjacent to vacant developable land. Mr. Gordon determined
that strong demand would likely support new lodging development in one
of these markets. He evaluated the potential to develop additional
hotel units on this site. |
