Andrew Zimbaldi is a senior vice president and leads Kidder Mathews’ asset management services capabilities out of the Irvine, California office. Mr. Zimbaldi’s practice includes strategic consulting to families, trusts, and financial institutions, as well as expert witness, receivership, and investment transactional work. Mr. Zimbaldi’s receivership and expert witness practice provides services to the federal court system, as well as the courts in California, Nevada, Utah, and Arizona.
Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, Mr. Zimbaldi was the president of Alden Management Group, a Southern California property management firm. In his capacity as president of that firm, he worked extensively with major financial institutions, trust companies, and successful families helping them craft and operate large commercial investment portfolios.

Andrew is also a member of the California Board of Realtors and was one of the founding directors of the Orange County chapter of NAIOP.
Mr. Zimbaldi is very involved in community activities. He is a former commodore of the Newport Harbor Yacht Club, former treasurer of the Newport Harbor Sailing Foundation, a founding director of El Viento Foundation, and the former vice chairman of the Newport Harbor Nautical Museum.
Mr. Zimbaldi has a Bachelor of Arts degree and a Master’s degree in business administration from the University of Southern California with majors in economics and sociology. Andrew holds his real estate license from the state of California.
