Career Summary

Holly joined Kidder Mathews in 2013, specializing in real estate investment brokerage. Prior to that, Holly was with Rainier Pacific Properties for seven years, where she brokered transactions in the multi-family, industrial, office, and retail sectors in the Puget Sound market. Holly is an exceptional real estate strategist with a proven track record of success and a broad range of skills. These abilities, coupled with an innovative problem-solving approach and remarkable negotiation skills, enable her clients to receive optimal outcomes on a consistent basis.

As a native Chinese, Holly brings extensive business and cultural experience to Kidder Mathews. Prior to entering into commercial real estate, she worked as a financial auditor for Ernst & Young LLP, and founded Yangtze International Trading Company. Fluent in Chinese and English with a great understanding of the nuances of both cultures, Holly is remarkably skillful in marketing properties with a niche to inbound international investors and navigating international investors in their real estate ventures in the U.S.

Serving on the board of WSCRC (Washington State China Relations Council), Holly is an enthusiast in promoting US-China business and culture exchange.


Holly received her bachelor’s degree from East China University of Science and Technology in Shanghai. Following that, she received her master’s degree in Accounting and Financial Information Systems from Cleveland State University and earned her CPA license.
