Career Summary

Zach Vall-Spinosa has been active in the local commercial real estate industry since 1996. He is a shareholder at Kidder Mathews and is currently serving a second term as an elected member of the company’s Board of Directors. In addition, for the past two years Zach has been recognized as a top producer within the company.

Over the past 22+ years, Zach has been involved in $250 million dollars’ worth of lease transactions, including the successful purchase, development, and pre-lease of space totaling over 6 million square feet. He has also been directly involved in over $250 million worth of investment and owner/user sales in just the last five years.


By representing both sellers/landlords and buyers/tenants, Zach has a unique ability to manage transactions for win-win outcomes while representing his clients’ best interests. He considers himself an extension of his clients’ companies and takes the time to learn their true facility needs. Zach stays involved during the entire process, from initial client meetings through the final walk-through, and is always available for continued support throughout a tenant’s occupancy.

One of Zach’s greatest strengths is his extensive experience as an owner of commercial investments. He personally understands the risks of leasing, various creative ownership and financing structures, development, and strategic asset management. Zach knows the ultimate goal is not “making the sale” — it’s providing service that achieves the long-term goal.

Education/Community Involvement

Zach graduated from the University of Washington in 1996 with a Bachelor of Arts with Honors in Economics. He served as a board member of the Casey Hawkes Memorial Foundation, which provides college scholarships for outstanding children. In his free time, he enjoys coaching various sports with his three kids.
