Career Summary

Christine Turner joined Kidder Mathews' Valuation Advisory Services in April 2017. Mrs. Turner was most recently an appraiser with Colliers International Valuation & Advisory Services in their Irvine and San Diego offices. Prior to joining Colliers, she worked at FMV Opinions, Inc. as a manager for over 10 years in which she specialized in appraisals for estate tax and planning purposes. Mrs. Turner entered the field of commercial real estate in 2005.

Mrs. Turner’s appraisal experience consists of valuing traditional operating properties including all types of retail, office, multi-family, and industrial properties, as well as specialty properties and portfolio analysis. Mrs. Turner managed and performed valuations on a portfolio throughout the United States consisting of business centers, high-rise office, retail, industrial, and land with an estimated value close to $375,000,000. She also managed and performed valuations on a mobile home park portfolio throughout Southern California containing over 4,400 spaces, a portfolio of industrial buildings totaling nearly 2,500,000 square feet in St. Louis and outlying areas of Missouri and was a part of a team that valued an apartment portfolio with an estimated value over $1 billion and another that was $5 billion.
