Harvey is an executive vice president and has 38 years of commercial real estate experience. Since 1990, Harvey has teamed with Luke Staubitz and Andrew Dilfer with a focus on the South Bay/LAX industrial real estate markets.

Luke is an executive vice president & shareholder and has over 25 years of commercial real estate experience.

Andrew is an executive vice president and has 14 years of commercial real estate experience.

No matter what the assignment, we do not skip steps or cut corners. Most importantly, we listen to the client very, very carefully. We reiterate the need to be absolutely certain we are on the same page – no wasted time.

An action plan is agreed to and memorialized, in writing.

Each and every facet of the action plan is executed on, in person to the extent possible. We are present and accountable for every tour, meeting, presentation, or call. We follow up, relentlessly, to make sure every detail is understood and communicated.

Our service does not stop at escrow closing or lease signing. If post-closing planning department or tenant improvement meetings are necessary, we show up and support with long-standing relationships at the municipal level.

We pride ourselves on identifying problems and running towards them not away from them. The bigger problem we solution around, the more value we add and that is our overriding goal.
