Jeff Suver specializes in representing tenants, landlords and investors in complex lease and sale negotiations and strategic planning throughout the Seattle Metropolitan market. Jeff also works with a select group of national landlords and consistently produces outstanding results for his landlord clients. Jeff is a highly-motivated and responsive professional who prides himself on his follow through and executive communications skills.

Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, Jeff spent over 14 years in senior level sales and marketing management positions within the wireless communications industry working for such organizations as McCaw/Cellular One and AT&T Wireless. Jeff was responsible for leading a sales organization of more than 65 sales managers, sales executives and sales support reps on the west coast prior to joining Kidder Mathews.

Jeff earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communication Studies from Central Washington University.
