Craig Spinks

Craig Spinks joined Kidder Mathews in December 2008 and brings with him over 30 years of retail investment sales experience. He specializes in representing clients who want to sell their retail investment properties, as well as networking with tax-motivated investors and families with trust funds who want to reinvest their capital in retail properties. Craig has had a major focus on selling net-leased retail properties nationwide and has represented companies such as KinderCare, PetSmart, CSK Auto, and Pizza Hut International to name a few. He was also chosen to represent PetSmart on their first sale/leaseback program in the Pacific Northwest during their initial expansion years. Throughout his career, he has been responsible for over $700 million in personal sales transactions.

Prior to joining the firm, Craig was a retail investment agent with Elliott Associates, where he served as Director of Retail Investments. He worked for Granite Equities previous to EA, where he was “Broker of the Year” for six consecutive years. He was number two in the company for three years and has continued to maintain the top-five broker position every year for the past 15 years.
