About
Prior to joining Kidder Mathews as a senior vice president, Dennis was with TRI Commercial, and managing director of Cornish & Carey Newmark Knight Frank in Roseville. Through his leadership as managing director, the Roseville office gained market share and rapid revenue growth.
Dennis began his real estate career in 1980 with Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate as an office leasing specialist. In 1993, he moved to Colliers Iliff Thorn, later Colliers International, and became senior managing director.
Dennis has more than 33 years of experience in commercial real estate. He has transacted more than 3.2 million sq ft of lease transactions and building sales. In 2012, he completed the largest private sector lease in the region with Sutter Health for 295,000 sq ft.

Dennis graduated from Idaho State University with a BS in management and organization. He was a naval flight officer for 8 years. His other affiliations are with the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Association of Commercial Real Estate (ACRE), and Lambda Alpha.
