Career Summary

Damian Sevilla specializes in retail sales and leasing, with a particular talent for urban mixed use retail leasing. He is an expert in both landlord and tenant representation of retail clients in the Greater Puget Sound region. Damian has been working with local, regional, national and international clients since 2005. Mr. Sevilla brings his exceptional service, attentive listening and strategic planning to help his clients to be as successful as possible. His positive energy, tireless work ethic and outgoing personality, combined with experience and expertise win him clients for life. Being born and raised in Seattle has aided his extensive local connection and client expertise.

Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, Damian was at Colliers International since 2011 and Ewing & Clark in commercial sales/leasing since 2005. He spent five years at Harbor Properties leasing and managing several mixed use projects.

A true native Pacific Northwesterner, Damian attended Seattle Prep, Seattle University, and the University of Washington. He is passionate about the community and sits on the Board of Directors for Community for Youth, a high school mentoring program in the Seattle School District. In his spare time, he enjoys boating, snowboarding, dining and traveling.
