Kent Schoenrock joined Kidder Mathews in December of 2013 as a project manager and brings over 25 years of construction project management experience. Before joining Kidder Mathews, Kent successfully completed over 200 major new ground-up construction and large TI capital improvement projects for three fortune 500 corporations. He has managed projects including office, retail, industrial, production, airfreight warehouse distribution facilities and large tenant improvement projects requiring staffing relocation.

Kent received his bachelor's degree in architecture at the University of Idaho. Kent is a licensed real estate agent in the state of Washington since 1986.
Awards and Recognitions
Kent has been awarded the Apex Award for top performance at Airborne Express and received broad recognition for a Manhattan, NY 200,000 square foot industrial distribution facility that required extensive coordination and strong negotiation skills. Kent was recognized by LAX International Airport Authority for his management and support of the Hanger 1 Historical Preservation project, and received the Airport Directors' Award at Lubbock International Airport for the development of a new airfreight terminal, tarmac and taxiways requiring procurement of FAA grant and bond financing for the project.
