Property Management Services
Laurie Patten is a property manager based out of Kidder Mathews’ Seattle office, where she manages several office buildings in the Seattle area. Laurie is responsible for oversight of all aspects of day-to-day operations, budgeting, lease administration, vendor selection, tenant relations, lease renewals, reporting, and construction management.
Laurie’s 15 years of commercial property management experience includes managing diverse portfolios of office, residential, and multi-use buildings. Laurie has managed LEED EB certification processes and capital improvement projects for a large rehabilitation project in downtown Seattle, and has assisted other property managers in initiating LEED certification efforts.
Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, Laurie worked for Jonathan Rose Companies and Rose Companies Management managing the Vance and Sterling Buildings, where she provided leasing consulting at the Pacific Tower Building on behalf of Washington State Department of Commerce. Laurie served as division director for Catholic Community Services, overseeing new residential and mixed used developments, large capital improvement projects, and regulatory compliance.
Laurie holds a master’s degree in public administration and is a licensed real estate agent in the state of Washington.
