Senior Vice President, Partner
With over 15 years of commercial real estate experience in Portland’s Central City, Brandon is a Kidder Mathews shareholder, former corporate board member and has lead agency leasing teams with well over 1,000,000 square feet of active assignments. In that time, he has advised leading institutions, regional operators and private capital investors on hundreds of millions of dollars of lease, sale and investment portfolio decisions.
With a business practice rooted in fundamental analysis, strategic advice, diligent execution and long-term relationships, Brandon has successful experience in all types of office leasing, value-add repositioning and portfolio advisory. The focus on maximizing revenue, maximizing profit, managing risk and strategic allocation of capital have been hallmarks of the business.
In addition to the agency leasing, many established, corporate users have repeatedly utilized Brandon’s services when developing and executing strategic real estate plans in the Portland market.
Outside of the office, Brandon tries not to re-live his glory days as an All-American and National Champion college baseball player, but has coached many seasons of Little League baseball. He says it’s fun teaching the Little Leaguers the life-long lesson of swinging for the fences. He’s a Rip City supporter (kind of like being an old Chicago Cubs fan), is found at most all of his kids’ sports and activities, fishes the Deschutes, takes long road trips to the Idaho mountains, is a horrible skier and even worse ice skater, likes to get as many strokes in as possible on the golf course and works really hard on raising his three awesome kids to be even more amazing every day.
