Career Summary

Corine Nussmeier joined Kidder Mathews in January, 2008. She has more than 30 years of commercial real estate experience and has earned the reputation as a true professional. She has worked as a broker and asset manager, overseeing shopping centers and industrial parks. Her experience includes the representation of landlords and tenants, buyers and sellers.

Corine has been directly involved in more than seven million square feet of commercial real estate transactions, including investment sales, leasing, and build-to-suit transactions. Her extensive experience allows her to work with clients in a way that positions their properties for increased value and occupancy.
