Career Summary

Chris Moe is the managing broker of Kidder Mathews’ Seattle office and a member of Kidder Mathews’ board of directors. He is a key member of the leadership team responsible for brokerage activities and performance of the Seattle market. With over 24 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, he began his career with Kidder Mathews in 1994 to develop a business practice solely focused on tenant representation. Chris is skilled at managing the multiple resources needed to create and implement strategic real estate plans and provide commercial real estate (CRE) outsourcing solutions. These resources include the utilization of service lines to support a variety of client needs, including portfolio and transaction advisory, site selection and municipal negotiations, project management, workplace integration, technology and financial consulting and facility management.

His practice includes both local and multi-market transactions on behalf of his clients. He has represented his clients' needs throughout the U.S., as well as Europe, South America, and Asia. Chris has been directly involved in assisting clients in some of the largest office transactions in the Puget Sound office market. Chris and the Seattle Kidder Mathews team have provided outsourced real estate solutions for clients including over 2,000 locations and 25 million square feet.

Chris actively supports a variety of local charities and non-profit organizations including: Boys & Girls Clubs, Juvenile Diabetes, and Seattle Cancer Care Alliance, the Institute for Systems Biology and others.
