Alexander joined Kidder Mathews in December of 2012 as the head of market research for the San Francisco office. In this capacity Alexander assisted both brokers and Kidder Mathews’ clients through a wide variety of skills and capabilities – ranging from financial analysis of lease and sale deals to writing quarterly market reports.
In January of 2014, Alexander joined the brokerage team, working with Paul Picciani to represent office tenants across a wide spectrum of industries throughout the Bay Area. In 2015, Alexander augmented his tenant work by also becoming a member of the China Services platform, helping China based clients lease space and analyze development opportunities up and down the West Coast. Alexander’s experience in market research and financial analysis gives him critical insights into the complex dynamics of the local office market, insights and knowledge that he passes onto his clients.
Alexander was born and raised in San Francisco and after a ten year hiatus, he returned to again call the city home. In addition to his work in real estate, Alexander has coached the cross country and track and field teams at San Francisco University High School and has graduated from Marine Corps Officer Candidate School.
Alexander graduated from the University of California – Los Angeles. Prior to attending UCLA, Alexander attended the University of Miami, Florida, where he was a member of the track and field team.
