Linda is an office leasing and sales specialist within the Tri-Cities and San Gabriel Valley office market. Her 20+ years of experience includes representing owners and landlords in maximizing asset value through leasing and disposition. She has also represented many tenants in reducing their occupancy cost. She is a recognized expert in market analysis and quantifying market conditions to best advise her clients in regards to their real estate decisions.

Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, Linda was with the Charles Dunn Company from 2009-2018 and Grubb & Ellis Company from 2000-2009. In her two decades of transactional real estate experience she has participated in over $1 billion in leasing and sales that include several of the largest sales and leasing transactions in the market.

Linda has been featured in the nationally published Real Estate Forum as one of the “Top 30 Under 30” and “Top 40 Under 40” commercial real estate professionals to watch. She was also selected as Outstanding Junior Business Woman of the Year at the annual Women in Business Legislative Update and Awards, a ceremony honoring local women whose exceptional abilities contribute to the economic vitality and diversity of the 21st State Senate District and 43rd and 44th Assembly Districts. As a professional resource, she authors articles for Business Life magazine and various commercial real estate publications.

Linda has served as a member of several boards in her community including the Glendale Chamber of Commerce where she was Chairperson for 2014-2015. She is currently President-Elect for CCIM Greater Los Angeles Chapter and a board member of Verdugo Housing Corporation, a non-profit organization that provides shelter housing for battered women and children.
