Greg has over eleven years of experience in commercial real estate representing landlords and tenants in negotiating all aspects of purchase and lease transactions. During the last nine years, Greg has completed over 200 sale and lease transactions, totaling 10 million square feet, with a yearly average of $35 million for a total consideration of over $400 million.
