Austin Kelley joined Kidder Mathews in 2017, specializing in multifamily and investment sales for South King, Pierce, Thurston and Kitsap County. In Austin’s first year he was awarded the Kidder Mathews Rookie of the Year Award for being the highest producing first-year broker company-wide. In partnership with Ted Sipila, CCIM, they have sold $80+ million in assets this year.
Born and raised in Tacoma, WA, Austin prioritizes client satisfaction, while bringing extensive market knowledge and local strategy to the table. Austin is a standout in Pierce County for his focus and drive, always informing clients of his findings in new, up-and-coming areas in Puget Sound.

Austin graduated from The University of Redlands with a Bachelor of Science degree in business.
