Career Summary

Drew Hicks is a senior property manager based in the firm’s Seattle office. Drew manages, office, industrial, and retail properties and has extensive experience working with private and institutional owners. Drew is experienced in many facets of the real estate industry; including property management, development, and market research. Having worked with several asset classes and client grades, Drew has built a successful property management career, with a focus on budgeting, lease negotiations, tenant and capital improvements; all with a strong commitment to his clients and tenants.

Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, Drew was a property manager with Winthrop Management. During his tenure with Winthrop Management, Drew managed a multi-tenant historic high-rise office building in Seattle’s CBD.

Drew is active in the Western Washington Chapter (#27) of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM®). From numerous years serving on IREM’s Executive Committee, he has served as vice president of finance, scholarship chairman, education conference coordinator, and outreach chairman.


Drew is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Washington. He holds the Certified Property Manager (CPM®) designation and is an Accredited Residential Manager (ARM®). Drew has a Bachelor of Science degree in physics from the University of Washington and a professional certificate in commercial real estate from the University of Washington.
