Scott Hall manages Kidder Mathews’ Customer Service Center, which receives, dispatches and manages service requests and schedules for preventive and predictive maintenance for the firm’s 48 million square foot property management portfolio. He joined the firm in 2002, but he has been servicing commercial real estate properties in a customer service capacity since 1998.
Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, Scott spent four years with Martin Smith, Inc. as an office manager, telecom analyst and customer service specialist.
Scott has a Bachelor of Arts degree in communication from Washington State University, and is a 1997 graduate of the Edward R. Murrow School of Communication.
