Matt holds the prestigious SIOR designation from the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors. An SIOR designation is awarded to agents who have met stringent production and educational requirements, in addition to being recognized throughout the real estate industry as having the highest level of professional knowledge and integrity. In his first year as an agent with Kidder Mathews, Matt broke the company’s all time record for production by a first year agent.
