Career Summary
Gary Guenther is a Senior Vice President, Partner, and serves on the Board of Directors at Kidder Mathews. Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, Gary worked with the real estate affiliate of the Government of Singapore. He is recognized as one of the most successful and trusted real estate advisors in the Puget Sound Region.
Since 1994, he has been involved in hundreds of office leasing and sale assignments, including corporate relocations, renewals, subleases, acquisitions and dispositions. Gary believes in deeply understanding his clients’ business objectives and then structuring a real estate strategy to help them accomplish greater strategic, operational and financial performance. In addition, he supports each transaction with both quantitative and qualitative analysis, as well as detailed market leading research.
Gary holds the prestigious SIOR designation from the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors. An SIOR designation is awarded to agents who have met stringent educational requirements, and are recognized as having the highest level of knowledge, production, and ethics in the real estate industry.
In addition, Gary is an active member of NAIOP, Washington Technology Industry Association, The Bellevue Club, as well as serving on the Board of Directors for the Bellevue Downtown Association and the Bellevue Chamber of Commerce as Vice Chair of Economic Vitality.
