Career Summary

Michael George joined the Kidder Mathews real estate consulting division in 2008. Through his work at Kidder Mathews, he has managed a wide range of consulting assignments including office, retail, multi-family, industrial, and special purpose projects. He also has extensive experience working on transit oriented development projects for both public and private sector clients.

Michael has a unique set of skills that brings value to any consulting team. He specializes in project management, project financial feasibility, risk and needs analysis, market analysis, acquisition and disposition planning, and scenario development.

Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, Michael was a partner at Williamson-George Inc., a residential real estate development company where he was responsible for site evaluation and acquisition, raw land development, and asset management.


Michael earned his BS in business administration from the University of Montana, an MBA from Presidio Graduate School, and a Certificate of Real Estate from the University of Washington.
