Valuation Advisory Services
Ariel Gallagher joined the Valuation Advisory Services division of Kidder Mathews in October 2011. Prior to joining the firm, she worked for several years at the Appropriate Dispute Resolution Center at the University of Oregon School of Law where she developed conflict assessment tools, conducted research, and managed projects for one of the top dispute resolution programs in the nation. She is a trained mediator and, in addition to her degrees in Spanish and Business Administration, has completed masters course work in conflict and dispute resolution. During her coursework at the University of Oregon, she served as a tutor for business-related calculus classes. Her experience provides a strong background in research, report writing and statistical analysis, as well as breadth of knowledge surrounding interpersonal communications. As a registered appraiser trainee, Ariel has worked on multiple appraisal projects throughout Oregon and Washington including retail, office, industrial and multifamily properties, as well as mixed-use developments.

Ariel is a Registered Appraiser Assistant in Oregon State (License No. AA02422) and a State Registered Real Estate Appraiser Trainee in Washington State (License No. 1001610). She is currently completing experience requirements for state certification and is working towards the MAI designation.
