Gregg Domanico devises and implements real estate and facilities strategies for his life science and corporate clients. He brings over 30 years of experience in optimizing facility operations and reducing occupancy costs. With his expertise as an industrial engineer, he analyzes space utilization, operational processes, and performance metrics to ensure client success.
As Managing Director of Northern California region for Kidder Mathews since December 2007, he has grown the operation from one office with 15 agents to three offices with 78 agents, while adding property management and valuation services. In addition to his real estate brokerage activities, he has provided facility and operations consulting services for his clients. Gregg prides himself in partnering with his clients to offer thoughtful and effective solutions to improve real estate and facilities performance.
Prior to that Gregg was Managing Partner at NAI BT Commercial and National Director of the Biosciences Group at CB Commercial Real Estate . Before focusing his efforts exclusively on corporate real estate, Gregg spent over ten years in Silicon Valley where his experience ranged from program manager of new product development to manufacturing engineering manager; and operations management for Spectra Physics, Finnigan Corporation, Rolm Corporation, and Adaptec, Inc.
