George Crawford

George Crawford specializes in tenant representation services in the Greater Los Angeles areas. He is a 15-year veteran of the brokerage industry and came to Kidder Mathews from Charles Dunn Company. Prior to that, George spent ten years as a brokerage executive in Indianapolis, IN, where he developed and managed accounts as large as county government portfolios, corporate headquarter leases, and acquisitions; and as modest as local office leases and sales. He is an experienced educator and strategist who backs his recommendations with solid research and market knowledge. Clients have praised George’s forward thinking approach to service.

In addition to advisory services, George has been a contributor to local and national real estate publications writing articles that analyze dynamics of the Los Angeles office market. These publications include, The Real Deal, CoStar News, Los Angeles Business Journal, and SoCal Real Estate.
