Johnny is a vice president with Kidder Mathews, specializing in multifamily investment properties and development opportunities in both Orange and LA County.
His brokerage career began in 2007 with two local multifamily boutique firms in Seattle, Washington, and most recently from 2014 to 2017, he worked at CBRE Newport Beach with his specialization in capital markets multifamily investment properties. During his tenure at CBRE, Johnny’s team transacted over $250 million of multifamily investment properties.
Johnny is fluent in both English & Mandarin Chinese, which allows him to instantly create value for both local and foreign investors by providing local expertise and access the inflow of Chinese capital streaming into the Southern California market.
Johnny’s research-driven data analysis has its foundation at Harvard University, where he earned a Master of Liberal Arts in extension studies with focuses in management and finance. His rigorous interdisciplinary educational background, along with his current dedication to earn and maintain trust throughout the entire process of business development, not only reflects Johnny’s capability to build local promise, but his ability to deliver local solutions.
