Jeff Chaney has been active in the leasing and sales of commercial real estate on Seattle’s Eastside for over 25 years. He has been instrumental in helping Kidder Mathews’ expansion from a local boutique firm to one of the largest independent commercial real estate firms on the West Coast. Jeff was a finalist for the NAIOP Office Broker of the Year Award in 2015 and was the top producing broker for the Kidder Mathews Bellevue office in 2016-2017.
Jeff knows the Eastside market as thoroughly as anyone in the business. He has a unique ability to identify trends and understand where the real estate market is headed. But most importantly, he acts as an advocate and advisor for his clients at every step. From initial consultations through the negotiation process and beyond, Jeff makes sure his clients get the right solution that fits their immediate and long-term needs.
A native of the Seattle area, Jeff received his Bachelor of Arts degree in business administration from the University of Washington in 1989.
Jeff resides in Bellevue with his wife and two boys. He is very active in the local community, volunteering with organizations such as the Bellevue Boys and Girls Clubs and serving on the Board of Directors of Bellevue West Little League.
