Career Summary
Gordon K. Buchan is the President and COO of Kidder Mathews and also holds the title of Secretary/Treasurer. He has more than 30 years experience in both commercial brokerage and brokerage management and is a partner with the firm.
Prior to joining Kidder Mathews in 1990, Gordon was Vice President and a principal with the commercial firm of Bullier & Bullier of Washington, Inc. (formerly Lambuth, Sill & Sprague).
He holds the SIOR designation as a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors, and the CCIM designation as a Certified Commercial Investment Member of the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute. Both designations are affiliated with the National Association of Realtors.
Gordon serves on the board for the Commercial Brokers Association (CBA) and is an active member of the Seattle Chapter of CoreNet Global and the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP).
