Jake Bos specializes in office leasing, primarily representing landlords and tenants in the greater downtown Seattle area. He represents about 20 buildings in and around the city and also works with office tenants in all aspects of their facility relocation or renewal objectives.
Jake has been involved in more than 500,000 SF of real estate transactions at a total value of more than 75 million dollars. During the 2017 calendar year, Jake was involved in 45 real estate transactions totaling approximately 250,000 square feet leased or sold.
During the 2015 calendar year, Jake had a major impact in leasing efforts at one of his downtown properties, the National Building. He and the leasing team completed a total of thirteen leases at that property, comprising nearly 85,000 square feet. Nine of the thirteen deals were new tenants to the property and accounted for over 75,000 square feet. The building was 39% leased as of January 1, 2015 and entered the following year at 100% leased.
Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, Jake spent three years at Fidelity Investments in Seattle where he worked as a financial planner. He achieved early success, climbing to the top ten percent of producers in his region, by developing strong relationships with his clients, advising them on their financial plans, and providing strong results for their investment portfolios.
Jake graduated from University of Washington with a B.A. degree in business administration with dual concentrations in finance and entrepreneurship.
