Career Summary

Scott Blasingame graduated from UC Berkeley with dual bachelor of arts degrees in economics and legal studies. He is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser with five years of experience providing real estate valuation services throughout California for general valuation and financial reporting purposes. In addition, services to clients include consulting, due diligence, litigation support, and financial analysis.

Scott has led numerous engagements pertaining to real estate projects on behalf of pension funds and their advisors, corporations, financial institutions and insurance companies on a variety of property types, including large ranches, manufactured communities, hotels, office buildings, industrial/warehouses, land of all types, and multifamily properties. He has provided valuation and consulting services to clients on numerous matters including acquisitions, financing, loan review, leasing, litigation, portfolio updates, disposition/ divestments, and PPA/ASC 805 reviews.

Prior to joining Kidder Mathews’ Valuation Advisory Services, Scott served as a senior associate at BDO, LLC. He also previously worked with FMV Opinions, Integra Realty Resources, and Hamilton, Ricci & Associates as a commercial appraiser.
