Kristopher has been involved in the commercial real estate industry since 2008. During this time he has gained extensive experience in lease negotiations, acquisition, and disposition of retail properties.
Since joining Kidder Mathews in 2012, Kristopher has focused exclusively on retail properties. He consistently demonstrates drive and creativity in his approach to advising investors, landlords, and tenants. The result of Kristopher’s enthusiasm is displayed in his growing track record, which includes participating in transactions totaling more than 400,000 square feet and more than $50 million in consideration.
