Career Summary

Philip specializes in the sale of multifamily assets and development sites throughout the Puget Sound region. Since 2003, Philip has teamed up with Giovanni Napoli. Since 2013, they have listed and sold multi-family assets and urban infill development sites totaling over $2 billion.

Philip and Giovanni focus on the exclusive representation of multifamily owners in property dispositions and of selected buyers in property acquisitions. Consultation services are also provided for asset valuation, buy/sell, and market analysis. This expertise combined with modern technological capabilities provide a streamlined, professional service for their clients.

Philip and Giovanni are consistently designated CoStar Power Brokers year after year, being two of the top investment sales brokers in the region. They were also awarded the Kidder Mathews Big Hitter Award in consecutive years, recognizing them as top producers, including being #1 in investment sales for all product types.

Prior to joining Kidder Mathews in 2007, Philip was a senior associate with the Seattle office of Marcus & Millichap where he earned several top selling agent and top listing agent awards. He also received the Sales Recognition Award twice, which is awarded to the top 30% of the company.

Their clients include high net worth individuals, institutional investors such as publicly traded REITs and life insurance companies, advisors, developers, lenders and equity partners.

Philip graduated from the University of Colorado and received his B.A. with an emphasis in Information Systems and Marketing. After graduating, Philip worked in the technology sector for three years as a web developer and contracted with companies such as Seagate, STMicroelectronics, and Microsoft.
