Senior Vice President, Cini K. Apostol is responsible for the overall office operations, quality control and service delivery of Kidder Mathews’ Property Management Services in Southern California and Arizona. She enhances the strength of our Southwest Region with her tenure with Kidder Mathews and decades in commercial real estate.
Prior to her role as senior vice president of operations, Cini ran the Portland property management office. Her focus within Kidder Mathews has been to continue to develop relationships with our current and potential clients within the Pacific Northwest and the growth and management of our Portland portfolio.
Cini has managed many property transitions and excels at establishing systems and operating procedures for all commercial real estate product. She has managed and leased class A & B office, retail and industrial real estate as property manager / general manager for private and institutional owners. She has also managed tenant and building improvements valuing in ranges up to $6 million. Prior to joining Kidder Mathews in 2003, the majority of her experience was as an owner’s representative.
During her time as a property manager, her properties excelled due to her positive relations with most anchor tenants in the Pacific Northwest, her financial prowess, organizational strengths, and her belief that one must always exceed the expectation of their clients and customers.
Cini is a former board member of Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) and Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). Additionally, she was on and chaired the BOMA Education Committee for four years, was the IREM Forecast Breakfast chairperson for two years and in 2013 received IREM’s Board Member of the Year award.
Cini studied social science at Portland State University. She holds the Real Property Administrator (RPA®) and Certified Property Manager (CPM®) designations and is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM).
