Tarlton Properties and its financial backer, Principal Real Estate Investors, selected Kidder Mathews to handle the leasing for Menlo Business Park. Principal recapitalized the 12-building office portfolio in January 2014, buying out Tarlton's previous partner in the portfolio, Oltmans Real Estate Services.
Kidder Mathews' Gregg Domanico and Mary Hines will lead the brokerage team tasked with finding tenants for the 50-acre, 900,000-square-foot Menlo Business Park.
Domanico has more than 25 years of experience with life science real estate and facilities. Since December 2007, he has helped to grow the Kidder Mathews' Northern California operations from one office with 15 agents to three offices with 72 agents, while adding property management and valuation services.
Hines has more than 15 years of experience in the life sciences sector, working with early/late-stage Fortune 500 life science companies. She has assisted clients with strategic analysis, relocation analysis, financial analysis, and project/construction management.
In total, Kidder Mathews now represents 900,000 square feet at MBP, of which 100,884 square feet is currently available.
