A notable old building across the street from CenturyLink field has a new owner.

The building, 419 Occidental Ave. S., has been home to F.X. McRory's bar and restaurant since 1977. Above are offices, including those of Intracorp Real Estate, which sold the building to Manchester Capital Management, a private equity investment company based in Vermont, for $17.55 million, according to Kidder Mathews, which represented Intracorp.

The seven-story, 85,725-square-foot building was built in 1906.
