Church's prime property in downtown Bellevue sells for $30 million

A group called Plus Investment USA on Monday acquired the First Congregational Church's property in downtown Bellevue, according to public records.
Plus paid $30 million for 1.6-acre property, 752 108th Ave. N.E. The property is zoned for high-rise development.
Public records list Gang Liu as the chairman and director of Plus, and Kevin Corbett as president, secretary and treasurer. Plus' address is in Bellevue.
