New partnership will help establish manufacturing and distribution sites in China while also helping Chinese companies looking for space or planning to invest in U.S. real estate.

A new partnership between two U.S. real estate firms and a Chinese company will help establish much-needed manufacturing and distribution sites in China while also helping Chinese companies looking for space or planning to invest in U.S. real estate. The announcement is particularly interesting given China's plan to diversify away from investments in U.S. treasures towards other kinds of investments. Here's the press release:

Binswanger and Kidder Mathews are pleased to announce the formation of a strategic alliance with Synergis, one of China's leading facility and asset management services firms.

This initiative will focus on filling the significant void in existing services for the location of industrial manufacturing sites; distribution sites, and construction services, inside China. It will also serve the many Chinese companies looking for such space and also for investment and other real estate opportunities within the United States and worldwide.

The firms will offer real estate advisory services to clients having both industrial and commercial real estate needs, both in China and internationally. Kidder Mathews will provide services through 9 offices on the West Coast, while Binswanger will provide support throughout the balance of the Americas, Europe, and Asia, and Synergis will deliver the services throughout their offices in China.

Services provided by the firms will include leasing, sales, asset management, consulting, and corporate advisory services for industrial, office, retail, investments, life science, and technology properties.

The venture will focus on the markets of Shanghai, Beijing, and Shenzhen, and will also cover Hong Kong, Qingdao, Foshan, Dalian, Handan, Xian, Guangzhou, and Suzhou.

Customers will further be provided with a unique service platform through Binswanger's existing relationships with CH2M Hill's Industrial and Advanced Technology Group with expertise in Technology, Life Sciences, Automotive, Logistics, Operations; and also with GoIndustry-DoveBid, the global providers.
