Kilroy Realty CEO John Kilroy and other company executives were on hand Tuesday for a formal groundbreaking ceremony for 333 Dexter, which will have two 12-story office buildings.
The complex will also have 13,000 square feet of retail, 830 parking spaces on five levels below grade, and parking for 455 bikes. Marketing materials say it will have "the largest bike lounge in the city," with showers and maintenance facilities, along with bike parking, on two levels.
JLL's Lisa Stewart, Cleita Harvey and Joe Gowan are representing the office space. Kidder Mathews' Damian Sevilla and Jason Miller are representing the retail space.
