Belle-View Office Park Trades for $19M

Bellevue Park Investment, LLC purchased the two-building Belle-View Office Park complex at 275 and 118th Ave SE in Bellevue, WA, for $19 million, or $330 per square foot.

Built in 1984 and renovated in 2013, the park consists of two buildings on 3.67 acres in the Suburban Bellevue Submarket. The South Building is located at 325 118th St Ave. SE and is composed of 37,011 square-feet and the North Building at 275 118th Ave. SE is 20,501 square-feet. Belle-View Office Park was 96% occupied at the time of sale.

Joe Lynch, Dan Harden and Bob Conrad of Kidder Mathews represented the seller, MJR Development, Inc., which took title as JMS Ventures - Belle View, LLC. Holly Yang, Sophia Wong and Michelle Yeh, also of Kidder Mathews, represented the buyer.
