Combined Portfolio Exceeds 45M SF Across the West Coast
Kidder Mathews will merge with Los Angeles-based Heger Industrial.
The newly merged company, which will retain the Kidder Mathews name and operating structure, is part of Kidder Mathews' aggressive West Coast growth strategy and expansion into Southern California.
As part of the merger, Robert Thornburgh, SIOR, president and CEO of Heger Industrial and Tom Holland, SIOR, senior vice president will join the Kidder Mathew executive leadership committee. Both will serve as executive vice presidents and partners at Kidder Mathews.
Thornburgh will work with Kidder Mathew's Chairman and CEO Jeff Lyons, CCIM, SIOR to drive the newly merged firm's overall strategy, vision and growth while continuing to grow the firm's portfolio - which now exceeds more than 45 million square feet of real estate assets under management in the West Coast region.
