Sierra Construction Co. has tilted the concrete walls for Building No. 108 at Redmond Ridge Corporate Center in Redmond.
The 44,782-square-foot building is going up on 3.86 acres at Northeast Alder Crest Drive and 231st Way Northeast. When finished early next year, it will have a 22-foot clear height and 11 dock-high doors and four at-grade doors for trucks.
Mackenzie is the architect. PacTrust, a Portland-based developer, is the owner.
Dan Harden and Zach Vall-Spinosa with Kidder Mathews are handling leasing. Monthly rates per square foot are 75 cents for warehouse and $1.45 for office, triple net.
Harden said they would like to get a single tenant for the space, but could divide the building for two tenants.
The business park is part of the mixed-use master-planned Redmond Ridge community, where Sierra has built several retail and office buildings.
