Redmond offices sold for $6.3M

REDMOND - A small two-story office building sold for $6.3 million, according to King County records. The seller was Matty Legacy Ventures LLC.
The buyers were a trust and partnership associated with the Wagoner family. County documents identify the sale as a tax-deferred like-kind exchange.
Located at 22500 Marketplace Drive, the property is just south of Northeast Novelty Hill Road, in the Redmond Ridge neighborhood. Developed in 2004, it has parking and one 20,000-square-foot building on about 58,000 square feet of land.
Brokers Jeff Chaney and Alex Wheatley of Kidder Mathews represented the Seller and Mike Hemphill and Jim Bissett of Andover represented the Buyer.
