360-unit complex sells for $98M

WOODINVILLE - Kidder Mathews announced the $98 million sale of the Campbell Run apartments, with its sales team led by Philip Assouad and Giovanni Napoli.

The seller was Grosvenor Americas, a multinational corporation based in Calgary, which acquired the property in 2012 for $58.4 million.

The buyer was Acacia Capital Corporation, of San Mateo, California.

Located at 13305 N.E. 171st St. in Woodinville, Campbell Run lies southeast of the Highway 405/State Route 522 interchange, with direct access to the Sammamish River Trail.

The 360-unit, 17-acre complex was built in 1989 and renovated in 2014. Acacia has plans further renovations.

With 18 three-story buildings on the property, Campbell Run is currently managed by Thrive Communities.
